Highly awarded as a salesperson, David moved on to
              running businesses and consulting on 5 continents. David has been
              the Managing Director of a Plc, a General Manager, and a Marketing
              Director. He was also Sales Director for a major Estate Agency brand,
              for 4 years, in the U.K. This included the management of 36 country
              and city sales offices and 13 country house departments. It was during
              this period that David pioneered and introduced the "open house"
            system to England, which is being increasingly adopted today.  
            David consults to England's largest and fastest growing Estate
              Agencies, and developers, at both a board and office sales team
              level. He has regularly, and recently, helped clients achieve an
              80% uplift in an office fee income per annum. He has worked with
              both small independent firms in start up, and offices within major
              brands achieving annual multi-million pound incomes. In addition
              to supporting clients with implementing strategy, he has specialised
              in turning around both loss making offices and divisions.  |
